These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixel io Technologies and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the use of our products and services.
